    Details (RL read field instructions carefully): 

    Leaving Bank of America heading to East Islip and into Hecksher Park for a bathroom break and a loop around the park.  Then onto Connetquot bike path and back to Bank of America.  Something new, a brief break at Starbucks / bagel shop in Bohemia, your choice.  

    If you have plans in the afternoon to watch football like my Sweep this is the ride for you.

    This is a C+/B-  with an average speed of 13 to 14 mph and roads that reach 15 to 16 mph.  Check the ride calender for any changes posted by 7:30am on Sunday.
