    UPDATE- 9/19/2016 – 10:30AM – It is suppose to rain all day. Between that, the flooding and the crazy drivers on the wet roads I think I will CANCEL the ride.

    Due to the heavy traffic on last week’s ride I have changed the entire route. We will go thru the neighborhood in Holbrook and Patchogue, then go east on Woodside Ave for about 3 miles, then return thru the neighborhoods again. Please note new starting point.

    The average pace for this ride will be between 13.0 & 14.0 mph. with road speeds between 14 & 15.5 mph. Please bring a snack since there are no food stops on this ride.

    Cancelations will be posted by 4:00PM if there is any reason to do so. If you have any questions about this ride or need directions to the start please call my cell at 631.484.3490.
