    Details (RL read field instructions carefully): 

    We will be leaving Back Of American in East Islip heading to Great River area and then head North looping around Connectequot Preserve. The restroom stop and break will be around mile 17.

    The route may change if the road work on Suffolk Ave is not completed by Friday.

    This is a C+/B- ride with an average speed of 13 to 14 mph, no one left behind.  Have some Friday fun with your SBRA friends.   Check the ride calender for any changes posted by 2:00PM Friday
