    Details (RL read field instructions carefully): 

    We will start with Karen's group at the Sayville Railroad Parking lot. When we get to Heckscher Park we'll do one easier lap to get our timing down for the lead changes, then do three fast laps as a Team Time Trial and then one more lap to cool down. Time trial bikes are welcome as long as you are only in the aero bars when leading! Call me with any questions.
