    Details (RL read field instructions carefully): 

    Enjoy one of the most scenic routes on the north shore, plus get some hill training in as an added bonus.  This route does go up Old Post Rd. in Port Jeff.  No one will be dropped, wait ups at the top of hills.  Bring your own snack for a break at Cedar Beach.  Any changes will be posted by 7:30 am.  Call my cell if you have any questions.
