    Time Change To 5:00PM

    Due to the heavy traffic on the ride a few weeks ago I have changed toe route and the starting point. We will go thru the neighborhood in Holbrook and Patchogue, then go east on Woodside Ave for about 3 miles, then return thru the neighborhoods again.

    The average pace for this ride will be between 13.0 & 14.0 mph. with road speeds between 14 & 15.5 mph. Please bring a snack since there are no food stops on this ride. Lights would be good, as well as reflective clothing; black doesn't work well arount sunset.

    Cancelations will be posted by 4:00PM if there is any reason to do so. If you have any questions about this ride or need directions to the start please call my cell at 631.484.3490.
