    Details (RL read field instructions carefully): 

    We will ride out of the Islip Terrace Post Office parking lot and head to Hechscher State Park for a restroom break and a loop around the park.  Then we will go to Islip area and return to the Post Office.  We may add the 2 mile beach run if we have time.  Please bring your drinks and snacks.  Any questions concerning this ride call my cell phone 516 448-8545.

    We have permssion to park at the Post Office on the South West side of the lot near the parking lot Exit.

    As the days are getting shorter lights are suggested for this ride.  Please be on time for the ride because daylight is limited, mileage may be adjusted accordingly.
