    Quick after work spin, pace will be between 14-16, we will stop mid way for a break if needed.  Please wear bright, reflective clothing and lights for you bike if you have it.  Call my cell if you have any questions about this ride...631-882-4366....also, I will be coming from work should be there around 515-520.
