    This is the last posting for this ride at 5:00 PM.  Next week my rides will be posted at earlier times.  Hope all can make it.

    Leaving Bank of America heading to East Islip and into Hecksher Park for a bathroom break if necessary, and a loop around the park.  Then onto Connetquot bike path and back to Bank of America.  

    This is a B- ride with an average speed of 14 to 15 mph and roads speeds that reach 16 to 17 mph.  Check the ride calender for any changes posted by 4:00pm Wednesday.

    As the days are getting shorter lights and reflective clothing are suggested for this ride.  Please be on time for the ride because daylight is limited, mileage may be adjusted accordingly.
