    Ride is canceled due to pending rain later this morning.

    I am planning to ride from Bellport to Smith Point Beach, where we will make a stop at the 7-11 on William Floyd Parkway for a snack or beverage, if you want to bring one to our break at the beach.

    However, if there are strong prevailling North/South winds, I may switch our destination to Sayville. If so, we will pick up a snack at Dunkin Donuts and sit by the beach overlooking the Great South Bay. 

    This is a C+/B- ride, which will average 13.7 - 14.4 (ride speed up to 16), depending on the wind and the riders. There will be cue sheets and no one gets left behind.
