    I haven't posted this one in awhile. Let’s take a scenic ride through Eastport, Remsenburg and Westhampton Beach. The average pace will be between 14.0 and 15.0 mph. Ride won't go over a 15.0 average since the temps are getting colder.

    Road speed will be between 15 & 17 mph; naturally there will be the usual leg stretch. There is no obligation to join in, you won’t be left behind. What the heck it's only a short run down Dune Road. Around mile 22 we’ll stop at the Beach Bakery for some goodies and a bathroom break before heading back to the start.
