This ride is being organized by Ron, so show your support; this way we can talk him into organizing the Oktoberfest again next year. It will probably be cold so dress warm and think about how fortunate we really are. Think about those less fortunate and perhaps you can bring some canned food with you to be collected and donated to a local charity. This also includes pet food for our dogs and cats. If you really feel charitable, and would like to adopt cat I have one that comes to our house because someone threw it away. Don’t laugh; I just thought I would throw it out there.

This is very important... Please bring something for the party after the ride. Me, I like cookies, or maybe I will bake a pie since they both go good with mimosas and coffee. This all sounds so good, maybe we should just skip the ride; just kidding.

The ride will be between 22 and 28 miles with an average somewhere between 14.0 and 15.0 mph. I will decide on the route the day of the ride based on the temperature, ground conditions, and the wind direction in order to make the ride as pleasant for you as possible during this time of the year.
