    It's a go, ride will be shortened to about 22 miles. 

    Change: Due to wet roads and high winds on Monday this ride was moved to Tuesday.  Please note that the mileage and route may be adjusted according to wind conditions.  Check back for any additional changes posted by 8:00am Tuesday morning.

    Come join us on a few morming rides this week, my sweep is on vacation.

    Le aving Bank of America heading to East Islip and into Hecksher Park for a bathroom break and a loop around the park.  Then onto Connetquot bike path and back to Bank of America.  There will also be a restroom stop and break around mile 19 at Starbucks in Bohemia.

    This is a C+/B- ride with an average speed of 13 to 14 mph.
