    Details (RL read field instructions carefully): 

    Work off some of your holiday feast...we'll ride throughout Setauket, likely taking Sheep Pasture and heading over through Poquott.  Maybe Strong's Neck, definately Old Field Point and West Meadow.   This is a hilly ride but there will be wait ups after each climb.  

    We'll take a break and enjoy some of the views along the way (and will have a bathroom stop) but no long deli/bagel stop.   So bring snacks and water.
