    Details (RL read field instructions carefully): 

    This morning it might be nice to take a ride through Bellport and Patchogue stopping for a break at Mickey D’s around mile 16. The average pace will be between 14.5 to 15.0 mph depending on the roads, wind direction, and other conditions. Naturally, the road speed will be higher (15 -16.0 mph.) to produce the average.

    Please check the ride calendar for any weather, or last minute cancellations which will be posted no later than 9:00am if necessary. My cell  number is 631-484-3490; call or test me anytime if you have questions about this ride, or need directions to the start.
