    We will be leaving Back of American in East Islip heading to Great River and East Islip Marina area where we can view the Fire Island Lighthouse.  Then we will head East to Heckscker park for a restroom break and a loop around the park. Then head North picking up the Connetquot bike path going into Bohemia.  

    Since it's Football Sunday and the Baker has Banana Cake for us after the ride, we will not be stopping at Starbucks for our break.

    This is a B- ride with an average speed of 14.5 to 15 mph, road speeds may reach 16-17mph.  Check the ride calender for any changes posted by 8:00am Sunday.
