    Details (RL read field instructions carefully): 

    A spin out to Riverhead at a civil pace, with hijacking strongly discouraged!  Save the maximum effort stuff for Saturday!

    We'll have an option of stopping at the bagel shop or McDonald's in Riverhead. The return will bring us to South River Road, so we can ride along the river.

    Let's get out and enjoy the weather.  Since this will be a controlled paceline ride, everyone gets to take a pull at the front of the group.
