     Wednesday's ride has been moved to Friday in hopes of better weather.lol

    We will ride out of the Islip Terrace Post Office parking lot and head to Hechscher State Park for a restroom break and a loop around the park.  Then we will go to Islip Beach area and return to the Post Office.  Please bring your drinks and snacks.  Any questions concerning this ride call my cell phone 516 448-8545.

    Changes or cancelations will be posted by 1:30pm day of the ride.

    This is a B- ride that will average 14.5 to 15mph, road speeds may reach 17-18mph.  Lights and reflective clothing are recommended.

    We have permssion to park at the Post Office on the South West side of the lot near the parking lot exit.
