    NOTE change below to Ride Start of Trail riding ... Also, If you're going to attend the afternoon session after the ride I'd suggest bringing a change of clothing as you won't want to sit around for a few hours in the sweaty bike clothing. I intend to return to the Rec Center before 12.

    We'll ride from the Rec Center at 9 to the SOUTH END of East Setauket Intermediate Trail and will enter the woods on BJs Way trail. The distance is <2 miles .... we'll have the wind on our back coming home ;-). We will adjust the trail route to return before noon (in time to change for lunch).

    NOTE: this is a B level ride! There are bypasses for the Black Diamonds on this trail. NO ONE gets dropped in the woods!
