    Change:  Due the cold weather and winds on Sunday the ride is now schedualed for Monday afternoon.  The Baker has save the macaroons for Mondays ride.

    We will be leaving Back of American in East Islip heading to Great River and Heckscker park for a restroom break and a loop around the park. Then head North picking up the Connetquot bike path going into Bohemia and then returning to the East Islip Area.  

    This is a B- ride with an average speed of 14.5 to 15 mph, road speeds may reach 16-17mph.  Check the ride calender for any changes posted by 8:00am Sunday.
