    Coming back from being sick, a slow to mid C+ to upper Port to the bagel store at about mile 16.  Any changes or cancellations will be posted by 9am.  Prior to morning of ride, please contact me via my email:  [frchtchr@hotmail.com].  Morning of ride, my cell is 631-835-1454.
