    Details (RL read field instructions carefully): 

    Leaving Bank of America heading to East Islip and into Hecksher Park for a bathroom break if necessary, and a loop around the park.  Then head West into the Islip area return back to Bank of America.  

    Lets try to do a low end B ride with an average speed of 15 to 15.5 mph and roads speeds that reach 17 to 18 mph.  Check the ride calender for any changes posted by 2:00pm day of the ride.
