    Details (RL read field instructions carefully): 

    Get some mellow miles in on this ride from Coram Pine Shopping Center (park by Dunkin Donuts) to Smiths Point.  Deli/7-11 stop before the beach, rest stop at Smith's Point.  Similar ride to last Monday, except we'll extend it out to Smith's Point.  Flat on the way out, a few rollers on the last part of the ride.  No time constraints this week.  Any changes to this ride will be posted by 7:30 AM.  Call if you have any questions.
