    Details (RL read field instructions carefully): 

    We will be leaving Back of American in East Islip heading to Great River and East Islip Marina and into Heckscker park for a restroom break and a loop around the park. Then we will head to the Islip, Babylon Dock and Bayshore areas.  We will be stopping at McDonalds for our break at around mile 39.

    This is a B- ride with an average speed of 14.5 to 15 mph, road speeds may reach 16-17mph.  Check the ride calender for any changes posted by 7:00am day of ride.
