    Enjoy an after work spin to Cedar Beach.  This is the shorter, less hilly route, so don't be afraid to come out and ride.  Wait ups at the tops of all hills (for the ride leader).  Bring your own snacks.  Park near the Dunkin Donuts.  Any changes/cancellations will be posted by 4:30 PM.  Call my cell with any questions.
