    For a change, let’s go to Yaphank today… The average pace for the ride will be between 14.0 and 15.0 mph. The road speed on this ride will be between 15 and 16 mph. depending on the roads, wind direction and other conditions.

    Around mile 20 there will be a rest stop at the deli and then we’ll head back. Depending on conditions we might add a mile or two; no more than that.
