    Details (RL read field instructions carefully): 

    We depart from Greenlawn's municipal lot at Smith Street near Gaines Ave,. one block west of the Greenlawn LIRR station. Route southwest takes us through Huntington, Woodbury, Plainview, Hicksville, Bethpage and Wantagh. We traverse through Cedar Creek Park onto the Wantagh Parkway bike path and continue towards Jones Beach, and finally to TOBAY beach on the path extension East of the Jones Beach tower.

    Two rest stops: restroom/water stop at Zach's Bay while southbound on the Wantagh Pkwy bike path; 7-Eleven food/drink stop in Wantagh on the northbound return.

    No sweep on this ride but we will regroup regularly as necessary. **Please be mindful on the Wantagh Pkwy bike path for slower cyclists, runners, and rollerbladers.**
