    This will be a C ride through (mostly) flat parts of Stony Brook with a deli stop midway.  Take the upgrades slowly; no push from the leader.  Let's enjoy the ride.  Cancellation posted by 7:30AM.  Before ride, contact me via my email [frchtchr@hotmail.com].  Morning of ride, my cell is 631-835-1454.
