    Details (RL read field instructions carefully): 

    Come along with me for an easy ride which will start by riding up through part of Stony Brook University on the bike path, then around St. James and back to the start. 

    We will stop for a break at St. James Bagels, where a bathroom is available, and there will be cue sheets. 

    This is a C+ ride, which will average between 12.5 and 12.9.
