    Join me for a nice afternoon ride to burn off some of the Thanksgiving Day calories!

    This ride will go around parts of Stony Brook and St. James, on some newly paved roads. 

    Tthe pace between 12.3 and 12.7 and there will be cue sheets.

    We will stop for a break at St. James Bagels.
