    Join me for this ride from Bellport to Bohemia, where we will take our break at Cookie's Deli. Looks like the wind may be out of the west (but we know the weather people lie), so we will ride into it for the first half, but then have a good tail wind on the return!   

    This will be a C+ ride, which will average 12.3 - 12.8.
