Let's try an as honest as possible B+ ride. We will depart at about 8:45 and return in time for the picnic. 16 to 18 mph pace should burn enough calories for a few extra hot dogs!

Just completed a test ride of the picnic ride. It is the 35 mile route of the TourdeCure. Happy to say that all the road markings are still there so it will be easy for all to follow. There is one obstacle in the ride. We have to slip though a locked gate to get onto Hubbard Avenue where the ride starts and finishes. there is plenty of room to get though but you have to dismount. I checked with the crew at the park and it's ok with them to come and go this way. This is how a few of them come to work on there bikes they said. There is on optional deli stop in Cutchouge at around 12 miles. Here is a quick look at the ride from map my ride:
