    NOTE: RIDE LEAVES AT 9 AM

    Tom is leaving for his trip today, so I am posting this C ride for his "regulars."

    Please join me for this C paced ride of 20 miles which will average 11.0 to 11.8 mph. As Tom always says, newbies always welcome and nobody gets left behind. We will circle around Sayville, then meander toward Blue Point, where we will make a bathroom stop at Corey Beach before taking our break at the deli around the corner.
