    Come out and join me for an early ride from Yaphank to the Beach. 

    We will make a quick stop at 7-11 for any snacks or beverages on our way to the beach. 

    This is a C+ ride, which will average 12.5 - 13.0, depending on the wind and the riders, and there will be cue sheets.
