    If you want to come on this ride please send me a text (631 331 5642) with your full name, SBRA# and emer. phone #  and which day you want to ride (I often have several rides posted at once!)

    Park near the street at the east end of the lot.  The speed for the ride will be in the high B- range.  

    The break will be at Bean and Bagel around mile 20.  

    Bring mask, water and snacks.  

    Changes will be posted by 7:00.
