    Join me for a mostly flat ride to the Quogue Wildlife Refuge. If you are looking to try a B- pace, this ride is for you. Ride average around 13.5. Bring snack and beverage as there is no deli stop but there are bathrooms. We'll be back in plenty of time to enjoy the rest of the Labor Day holiday. Cell is 516-330-1542
