Update - Friday, 3:30 PM. Sure looks like rain tomorrow.  I have cancelled early so you can make other plans. The ride has been moved to next Saturday July 10th at 9:00AM. If I screwed up and it doesen't rain, oh s**t. Enjoy the day, we will have some fun Sunday!!

Today we will be going to Ridge. The route will take us to Farmingville, Middle Island, and Ridge. Around mile 20 there will be a rest stop at Taco Bell or Dunkin Donuts. From there we will head back through Middle Island, Yaphank and finally back to the start. Pulling is always appreciated, never required. There will be a break-a-way or two for those that want to go. If it gets too hot we can cut the ride down by about 2 miles.

The average pace for the ride will be between 14.9 to 15.0 mph +/- depending on the roads, wind direction, rider ability, tailwinds, downhills, break-a-ways and other conditions. All of these conditions could change the final average one way or the other. Naturally, the road speed will be higher (15 -17 mph.) to produce the average.
