    Details (RL read field instructions carefully): 

    This ride along a paved path from Cedar Creek Park to Jones Beach parallels the Wantagh Parkway. It is 5.1 miles round trip. I plan to do the ride twice bringing the total mileage to 10.2.
    The pace will be slow - 7 to 12 miles per hour.
    It is designed for beginners and infrequent bike riders.
    Participants can do just one 5.1 mile loop if 10.2 miles is too long.

    Helmets MUST be worn.
