Details (RL read field instructions carefully):

The Osborne Plaza ride is back in motion! This is going to be our fifth year. Our basic loop is 32 miles, + with the new 6 mile add on loop that could bring us up to 38+ miles - this add on is dependent on how we're feeling and the weather/daylight . This week only 32miles. We have a great loop which consists of some of Eastern Suffolk County's best bike trails for riding fast, YEEHAW!!
This ride is for those who are training for competitive cycling or riding with the "Early Birds " or those like myself that like to suffer. With that being said , We are starting out a little bit easyer this year with a couple or few rides at an "A" pace ,Just because its a little early yet, and I do this ride every week till mid september . The course is rolling with a few lung busters such as C.R. 51 hill "Quick regroup on top" the C.R. 111 hill "regroup after R turn following the hill" And the humbling LittleFlower climb / N.WadingRiver Rd . C.R. 24 is the ego riding zone! Smoke'm if you can with only 5 or so miles back It can get a little fast with a mid 20 to 30 pace ." . I would like to see the group ride like a team with long smooth pulls and each rider waiting for there turn in the front . If you dont feel ready to take a turn its okay to sit in on the back or skip a pull .
I dont check email to often ,So you if have any questions give me jingle (631)745-9270 ,keith
