    This will be a low B- because I haven't ridden in over a month and am not sure how I will do.  Maybe I will be stronger than I think!!!!!

    Start at Heritage park where there are bathrooms, park to the right side of the entrance. 

    The hill from the beach will be taken at whatever pace you can manage.  We will meet up at the top.  We stop at the bagel shop in Mt Sinai for a break.
