    Time to get some miles in for those late season century rides!  Meet at the Veterans' Park in the old Grumman Site for a paceline ride out to Cutchogue.

    The pace will be a high B/B+, but we will keep everyone together!  The predicted winds are from the East, so it will be critical that everyone stays in the paceline, since we'll be pushing East into the wind for half of the ride !  BUT, that means we get a tailwind push home!

    The route : The east leg takes us out past Briermere, up to The Tanks and out Sound Avenue to the farm fields. We turn around and head west on Bridge Lane for a food stop in Cutchogue at 31 miles.  After the stop, we continue west along Peconic Bay to Riverhead, then up Route 24 and back to the start.
