    Details (RL read field instructions carefully): 

    We will be leaving Oakdale RR and head to Bellport and returning to Oakdale for a 30 mile ride.  Our food/restroom break will be around mile 16 in Bellport.  The ride will be at a (B - pace) with an average speed of around 14.5 mph and road speeds that will reach 16 to 18 mph.

    If you have any questions text or call Mike 516 448-8545.  Changes or cancelation will be posted by 7:30am day of ride.
