    Ride the rolling hills to Stony Brook from SE Corner of Vanderbilt Parkway and Commack Rd. Park behind McDonalds.
    Includes loop to Short Beach
    If weather is decent, will add loop to Long Beach(additional 6 miles)
    Deli stop at The Dish
