    This is Ron's route (and he may even makes an appearance today) to Cedar Beach. I'm planning for an easy B+ pace for today. We ride as a group. Bring snacks as we'll break at the beach. Wait-ups as necessary. Park behind the "Vitamin Shoppe" for easy access to the new bakery
