    From the SE Corner of Vanderbilt Parkway and Commack Rd, behind Commack McDonalds.
    Mileage includes loops to Short and Schubert Beach.
    Classed this ride as hilly but it is really rolling to hilly.
    Food stop at The Dish in SB.

    While coming home from work on Wed Aug 3, I slipped and ruptured quad tendon in left leg. No riding for at least two months
