    Details (RL read field instructions carefully): 

    Islandia to Hicksville loop via LIE service road. Good training ride - a lil' bit of winds, hills, flats (road, not tires),...something for everyone. Lunch stop at Milleridge Inn shopping center. No go if rain /snow / temps below 30 or above 90.
