    Details (RL read field instructions carefully): 

    Come join me for a nice, low B- ride to the Bellport Docks with an average pace between 13.0 & 13.5. Deli/bathroom stop in Bellport. Then it's down to the docks to check out the wave height. Cue sheets will be provided and no one will be dropped. The route might change slightly from previous weeks which may add 3 miles to the overall ride. Please be ready to leave at the posted start time.
    Please be sure to check the ride calendar for any weather, or last minute cancellations which will be posted NO LATER than 8:00 AM if necessary. My phone number for the ride is 631.484.3490
