    Details (RL read field instructions carefully): 

    Come join me for a ride to Yaphank with an average pace between 13.5 & 13.9. There will be a deli stop/bathroom break. We can make an additional stop at Southaven Park if needed by the group. Ride does have a few "south shore" hills; otherwise flat and rolling. Cue sheets will be provided and no one will be dropped. Please be ready to leave at the posted start time.
