    Join me on my first ride since April. We will ride down to Bay Shore and take a break at the snack bar at the Bay Shore Marina. If they don't let us in we can always stop at the legendary Leggio's Delicatessen. No cue sheet but don't worry, I'm in lousy shape so the only person that may be dropped is me!

    Lt Michael P Murphy Memorial Park is the Brookhaven Lake Ronkonkoma Beach on Pond Road/ Lake Shore Drive. North of Church Street and South of Rt 16.
