    Details (RL read field instructions carefully): 

    Join me for a ride to Great River which will include one lap in Heckscher Park. A few more miles down the road we will be making the necessary stops; bathroom, rest and a deli. We will peddle for an average pace somewhere between 13.5 & 14.0. Cruising speed naturally will be higher. Cue sheets will be provided and no one will be dropped. Please respect your fellow riders and be ready to leave at the posted start time. My phone number for the ride is 631.484.3490. Check the ride calendar for any weather, or last minute cancellations which will be posted NO LATER than 8:00AM, if necessary.
